This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work closely with a partner. The successful candidate will read blueprints, use tape measures, and safely move heavy formwork as part of a two-person team, with an early schedule and 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and position heavy metal formwork.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work an early schedule and 40+ hours per week.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and position metal formwork according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use tape measures frequently to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
• Safely move and position heavy metal forms.
• Work closely with a partner to maintain an accurate, consistent, and productive pace.
