Job summary

Superior Walls is seeking a dependable Layout Crew Member to assist with positioning and laying out metal forms according to blueprints and precise measurements. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a two-person team.

The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt, with a schedule of Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 AM and 40+ hours per week. Join our hands-on team building high-quality precast concrete products.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and position heavy metal formwork.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work an early schedule and 40+ hours per week.
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and position metal formwork per blueprints and specs.
• Use tape measures to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
• Safely move and position heavy metal forms.
• Work closely with a partner to maintain steady pace.
