Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Operate and maintain fabricating machines.
• Read tape measures and specifications to determine fabrication methods.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines per specifications.
• Monitor machine speed and load; ensure product quality and conformity to specs.
• Report defects or malfunctions and suggest improvements.
• Use handheld tools (screw guns, drills, grinders) and lifting devices as needed.
• Participate in safety, environmental, and process-improvement efforts.
• Follow EHS guidelines and Job Safety Analysis instructions.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
