Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver on complex BY WMS programs. You will lead technical engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to practice development across multiple sites.

You’ll drive workshops with stakeholders, define solution architectures, and mitigate delivery risks while supporting pre-sales and SOW input. Travel up to 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience with independent design and delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years with Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If only an Associate’s Degree, require equivalent (minimum 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define architectures and ensure alignment with client requirements and constraints.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within your discipline.
• Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices.
