Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Blue Yonder WMS architect and delivery leader to architect end-to-end WMS solutions, lead complex programs, and guide client strategy across industries. You will drive pre-sales, stakeholder engagement, and governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and interoperable systems while mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Travel may be required; Compensation reflects a senior, client-facing role within Accenture's global WMS practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing delivery lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)
• Deep knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete/SaaS) and integration with ERP/Host, TMS, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define business and technical requirements, lead fit/gap analysis, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability and integration across connected systems (ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE).
• Lead delivery of complex BY WMS programs, including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare.
• Act as the primary senior client contact, guiding transformation strategy and value delivery.
• Shape opportunities through estimates, delivery strategies, and proposal content.
• Mentor and grow talent within the WMS practice.
