Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chains. You will partner with clients to translate business value into scalable, interoperable WMS architectures.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, drive pre-sales efforts, and elevate best practices within the WMS practice while navigating ambiguity with clarity and executive-level communication.

• Define business and technical requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, lead pilots, and design scalable solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across connected systems (ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE).
• Develop detailed solution specifications and integration approaches.
