Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned WMS Architect to lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS architecture and delivery across complex client environments. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape strategies with senior stakeholders, and drive value through optimized warehouse operations.

You will also own pre-sales activities, ensure system interoperability with ERP/TMS/OMS/WCS, and mentor the WMS practice to deliver high-impact transformations across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder/WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum of 8 years leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing/delivery lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, lead pilots, design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and other systems.
• Develop solution specifications, configuration approaches, integration designs, and documentation.
• Provide architectural governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of complex BY WMS programs, oversee testing, deployment, training, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, RAID logs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues across WMS modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Oversee release management, validation cycles, and performance optimization.
