Blue Ribbon Sushi at Green Valley Ranch is seeking a sprinter (part-time) to coordinate food orders from servers at the kitchen line and to pick up and serve items to guests.

You will greet guests with a friendly smile, use suggestive selling techniques, and develop thorough knowledge of menu items, garnishes, plate specifications, and table numbering.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork with servers to time orders and provide friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications, garnishing, and table numbering.
• Communicate effectively with Servers to time orders, and perform side-service functions as required by menued items.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards.
