Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in blown film processes in Texas. This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly salary range and a path to operational excellence within a leading plastics manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, install and commission new equipment, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards. Training and growth are supported.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry, with blown film focus.
• Proven preventive maintenance expertise for blown film machinery.
• Strong health and safety regulations knowledge in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork, able to guide junior staff.
• Commitment to continuous learning on blown film technology.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment.
• Diploma or equivalent is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on blown film machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery and related equipment.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Inspect machinery regularly to identify issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a clean workspace.
• Document all maintenance and repairs for future reference.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
• Stay updated with blown film tech developments and apply improvements.
