Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Blow Molding Operator/Technician for a permanent night shift in Franklin Park, IL. Compensation ranges from USD22 to USD30 per hour, with overtime, bonus, training, progression, and long-term stability within a supportive team.

You will operate and monitor blow molding equipment, perform mold and line changeovers, adjust process controls, and conduct quality checks to minimize scrap.

Qualifications

• Experience in blow molding or transferable extrusion/plastics processing experience.
• Willingness to undergo on-site training before moving to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and make adjustments on blow molding equipment
• Mold and line changeovers, basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Quality checks on product (weight, wall thickness, flash) and daily reporting
• Rotating 12-hour night shift on a 3 on / 2 off / 4 on / 2 off pattern
