Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, industrial technology or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes.
• ERP systems (AS400 or D365) and MES software experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all personnel assigned to the blow molding cells and prioritize tasks to meet goals.
• Ensure personnel wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Train personnel on standard work and ensure takt time is met.
• Set staffing levels to meet production demands and participate in hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing needs and address performance issues.
• Coordinate with Planning on production scheduling and order sequences.
• Prepare production labels for orders and liaise with Maintenance/Quality/Engineering as needed.
• Assist in labor and expense budgeting and maintain inventories for production support.
• Foster good working relations and uphold 5S standards.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
