Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with manufacturing equipment.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
• Dependable work habits with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in blow molding or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over blow molding machines, including color and mold/tooling changes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs to keep production running.
• Monitor materials and processes to ensure product quality.
• Complete work order reporting and production documentation in JD Edwards.
• Communicate production issues, updates, and improvement opportunities to supervisors and team.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
