Job summary

Uniloy is seeking a Rebuild & Retrofit Solutions Engineer to develop technically sound retrofit and rebuild solutions for Aftersales equipment. You will analyze customer machines, read drawings, and translate requirements into accurate proposals while collaborating with engineering and outside sales to ensure both technical and commercial viability.

The role emphasizes mechanical engineering skills, proposal development, and strong communication with internal teams to deliver quality solutions

Qualifications

• Mechanical/design thinking and ability to translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and specifications for retrofit/rebuild projects.
• Ability to develop budgetary and formal technical proposals for new or rebuilt equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate retrofit/rebuild scope from customer requirements.
• Read machine drawings, schematics, and specs for OEM blow molding equipment.
• Prepare budgetary and formal technical proposals for new machines or retrofits.
• Engage with sales and engineering to ensure technically sound quotes and orders.
• Maintain records of machine population and pricing margins.
