Qualifications

• Proven record for solving complex technical issues in a structured manner.
• Solid performance with SolidWorks and 3DX.
• Relevant experience with mechanical analysis and tolerance/fit analysis.
• Ability to identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans.
• Strong communicator able to tailor communications to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designs molds and performs basic design reviews of molds for blow molding.
• Interact with quality and purchasing departments to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintains currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes and courses.
• Provide daily updates to Mold Design Engineering Working Lead.
• Ensure customer requirements are understood and drive closure on open requirements.
