Pretium Packaging in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dependable production operator to run and adjust a designated line, meet daily goals and product specs, and contribute to a safe, clean workplace. Day shifts with 12-hour rotations offer stability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years’ related experience/training preferred; plastics/packaging experience a plus.
• Comfort with computer operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Run and adjust a designated production line to meet daily goals and product specs.
• Execute smooth shift handoffs—review performance with the prior operator and align on targets.
• Perform and document container quality checks; record issues and settings changes.
• Keep materials stocked and your equipment/area clean and debris-free.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all policies, and wear PPE properly.
• Support building/equipment cleaning as directed by your Supervisor.
• Work assigned shifts, overtime, and attend after-hours meetings as needed.
• Report any product or process failures that could impact food safety to Quality and/or Line/Maintenance Supervision.
