Growscape in Sebring, FL is seeking an experienced Processing Technician to support and optimize blow-molding production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role serves as the first line of technical support on the floor—troubleshooting processes, coaching operators, and ensuring safe, high-quality production.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 lbs, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line troubleshooting for blow molding and secondary operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust process conditions.
• Guide operators to maximize uptime, safety, and output.
• Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance with Maintenance.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks; ensure safety policies.
• Drive scrap and rework reduction and continuous improvement.
• Train operators using standard work and procedures.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure continuity.
• Support plant startup and shutdown activities.
• Act as backup to Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain production/process/quality documentation.
