Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting blow molding equipment is required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, set up, and troubleshoot blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to meet production and quality targets.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, mold changes, product changeovers, and mechanical/process adjustments.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues while supporting preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality inspections and adjustments to ensure bottles meet specifications and minimize downtime.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to temporary employees and maintain a safe, organized work area.
