Job summary

Amcor is seeking a maintenance prof essional to support blow molding operations. You will assist in setup, profiling, and startup of new and existing bottles, and troubleshoot profile-related issues to optimize molding performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining tooling and change parts, coordinating maintenance changeovers, and ensuring BIC documentation is up to date while collaborating with quality on SPC data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of blow molding experience, PET materials preferred.
• Experience with profiling and troubleshooting blow molded PET heatset containers.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and process control methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, profiling and start of new and existing bottles.
• Troubleshoot profile-related bottle problems and drive process improvements.
• Lead changeover, preventative maintenance and machine setup for BIC parameters.
