Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Operator II for the 3rd shift (10:48pm–7:00am) to operate multiple plastic blow molding machines, perform minor repairs and maintain a safe, high-quality output.

This role requires adherence to safety, quality GMP, and company policies; you will monitor resin, dryers, and color systems, contribute to continuous improvement, participate in changeovers, and support other operators as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and with high quality output.
• Perform basic processing and adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in mold, insert and color changes on the line during production.
• Support other Operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
