Graham Packaging Company is seeking an Operator II for the 2nd shift (2:48pm-11:00pm) in Bradenton, FL. The role involves operating plastic blow molding machines, ensuring safety and quality, and performing line changes as needed.

You will monitor resin systems, assist in setup, and support maintenance and other operators to meet production goals. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Assist with mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Make basic adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper conditions.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to new Operators.
