Graham Packaging Company is seeking an Operator II for 2nd shift (2:48pm-11:00pm) in Bradenton, FL. The role involves operating multiple plastic blow molding machines and ensuring safe, efficient production with high quality standards.

Responsibilities include adjusting line equipment, performing mold changes, monitoring processing conditions, and aiding maintenance. Tailored training will be provided, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing a container in a safe and high quality method.
• Follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies and procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper conditions.
• Complete and file required documentation in a timely manner; train new Operators.
