Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in a full-time role. You will operate a blow molding line, monitor alarms, and ensure continuous material flow with strong adherence to safety and GMP standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience; electrical or vocational certification is preferred. You will collaborate with maintenance to keep the line running and maintain accurate logs of operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Electrical or Vocational Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machine efficiently and understand the equipment flow, access alarms, and correct machine alarm conditions.
• Diagnose and correct operation issues such as lamp failures, misfed preforms, and discharge jams.
• Change over machines efficiently and maintain adequate raw material supply for the line.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with the maintenance team to protect the machine's status.
• Follow all safety practices, GMPs, and company rules applicable to a Machine Operator.
• Report critical mechanical issues to maintenance and maintain logs/records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Machine Operator efficiently andeffectively operates blow molding machine and understand the equipment flow process and accesses, understands, and corrects machine alarm conditions

• This role diagnoses and corrects operation issues i.e., broken oven lamps, incorrectly fed preforms, discharge jams, etc.

• You will ensures that the machine and associated equipment is changed over in an efficient and accuratemanner and maintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machine

• Machine Operators troubleshoots equipment issues while working with the maintenance team to resolve any issue adversely affecting the machine’s operational status

• This position is responsible for complying with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules is required of the Machine Operator

• Additionally, you will report any critical mechanical issues to the maintenance team and maintains accurate records and logs

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
