Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Blow Mold Technician to join our Oxford, North Carolina production team. You will set up and maintain blow molding equipment, manage color changes, and ensure machines run smoothly to deliver high-quality cosmetic packaging.

You must be mechanically inclined, comfortable with manual tools and measurement devices, and able to work overtime. The role offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use micrometers, scales, and calipers.
• Must pass Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to install and adjust tooling and machines.

Responsibilities

• Change tooling and molds; set cycle times to standard.
• Configure bottle programs on modules.
• Set up blenders and perform color changes as needed.
• Maintain 4-5 machines with regular checks.
• Take accurate measurements to keep processes within spec.
• Complete written checklists and documentation.
• Adjust equipment, clear jams, and clean machines and tooling.
• Monitor resin transfer from trailer to blender to machine.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficiency.
• Take on overtime and temporary shifts as required.
