Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, North Carolina, is seeking a Blow Mold Technician for a full-time onsite role. You will set up and maintain blow molding equipment, manage color changes, and ensure smooth operations across multiple machines. A strong mechanical aptitude and precise measurement skills are essential.

You will work 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed. The role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, mechanical trade school, or equivalent.
• Ability to properly use micrometers, scales, and calipers.
• Must pass Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test and meet Standard Timing Model requirements.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to install and adjust tooling and machines.

Responsibilities

• Change tooling, including molds, and set up cycle times to standard.
• Configure and monitor bottle programs on program modules.
• Set up blenders and perform complete color changes as needed.
• Maintain quality production standards across 4–5 machines with regular checks.
• Perform accurate measurements to keep processes within specification.
• Complete written checklists and process documentation accurately.
• Adjust equipment, clear jams, and clean machines and tooling as needed.
• Monitor and troubleshoot resin transfer from trailer to silo to blender to machine.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Take on temporary shift assignments and overtime as needed.
