Ultipro is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mold/Setup Technician for the A Shift (6:00am - 6:00pm) to ensure continuous production and peak machine performance. You will prepare, install, and calibrate molds and tooling for plastic extrusion or blow molding lines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust process parameters for optimal quality and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams, maintain maintenance logs, and follow safety protocols.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing with blow molding machinery.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to lift molds and perform manual tasks.
• Able to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with CMMS software and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Mansioni

• Mold maintenance, cleaning, polishing, lubrication of molds and components.
• Install, align, and remove molds for production and changeovers.
• Set up blow molding equipment, adjust temperatures and parison settings.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and setup teams.
