G&J Pepsi seeks a Blowmold Leadperson to set up and operate blow mold machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency to meet KPIs. You will lead a small team, coordinate with maintenance and transportation, and perform quality checks, label applications, and material handling in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires forklift certification, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Leads a small team to meet daily production objectives with safety, efficiency and quality.
• Collaborates cross departmentally with maintenance and transportation.
• Troubleshoots equipment including HMI machine control.
• Operates blow mold facility equipment and performs changeovers.
• Monitors label splicing and manages label inventory.
• Performs quality checks on finished goods and materials.

Responsibilities
