Job summary

PFX Group is seeking a Blow Mold Operator II in Freehold, NJ to run multiple blow molding machines and support junior operators. You will verify material availability, monitor quality, and perform basic maintenance while following safety procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years in manufacturing. The role includes shift work, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or technical training preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, or related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, production schedules, labels, specifications, or technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Review carry-over quantities, production schedules, and material availability at start of shift.
• Verify leak detectors and provide relief coverage as needed for the Senior Operator.
• Safely operate multiple blow molding machines and maintain continuous operation.
• Ensure bottle quality, color, weight, sleeving, and QA specifications are met.
