Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment. You will monitor production quality, perform minor maintenance, document reports, and ensure GMP compliance on a 2nd shift.

The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and prior blow mold experience. Candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• Basic math and numeracy skills for production tasks.
• Basic computer experience for data entry and reporting.
• Hands-on blow mold experience with PET bottles.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow GMP and safety policies, wearing required PPE.
• Record daily production data and line efficiencies.
• Escalate bottle defects or quality issues promptly.
• Assist with line changeovers and process adjustments.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
