Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of blow mold equipment experience (industrial projects or maintenance).
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, FDA codes and standards.
• Experience with blow mold equipment from Krones, KHS and Sidel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for blow mold technologies across CCSWB.
• Design and execute field tests and manage projects.
• Communicate technical information clearly and share data with stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs and deliver hands-on maintenance training.
• Perform root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Provide pre-, during-, and post-intervention support for production operations.
• Analyze predictive maintenance data for critical equipment.
• Maintain technical records and databases for blow mold assets.
• Evaluate vendors and recommend solutions.
• Assess equipment condition and identify CAPEX needs.
