Job summary

Altium Packaging in Argos, IN is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding lines, and to perform routine maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

You will follow GMP requirements, work on a 12-hour D Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and quality standards. Experience with blow molding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain product output.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Follow GMP and safety policies, keep work area clean and organized, and document daily production records.
• Assist with line changeovers, quality checks, and packaging of bottles as required.
• Escalate any bottle defects or process abnormalities to lead/ supervisor promptly.
