Job summary

Altium Packaging in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding equipment, monitor quality, and perform minor maintenance. The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and prior blow mold experience, with a preference for a High School diploma or GED. Training will be provided within 90 days of hire.

Overtime may be required. Ideal candidates will work well in a team, adhere to GMPs, and contribute to safety and efficiency on the production line.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to support the production line.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
• Inspect bottles and monitor quality, regrind or discard as needed.
• Perform routine documentation and assist in preventive maintenance tasks.
