Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator at our Blue Mountain, Mississippi facility. The role involves operating blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment, monitoring quality, and adhering to safety and GMP requirements.

The operator will perform routine maintenance and document production metrics. The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and blow-mold experience.

Qualifications

• Blow mold experience required for operation of blow-match/pet/injection machines.
• Basic mathematical skills and general computer familiarity are expected.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Perform routine quality checks, sample tests, and inspections during production.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Document production data, line efficiencies, rejects, and maintenance requests.
