Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator in Memphis to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines while troubleshooting and maintaining line performance. You will contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor.

This role requires basic math and computer skills, plus prior blow-mold experience. Training provided within 90 days of hire, with a strong emphasis on GMP and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Blow mold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold and PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot process problems.
• Document and report daily production and quality data.
• Monitor quality, conducts inspections and adheres to GMP guidelines.
• Assist with setup, changeovers and line clearances as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
