Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Franklin, MA. You will operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to manufacture bottles, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot process issues.

You’ll conduct quality checks, document line performance, and follow GMPs while maintaining safe work practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and blow mold experience.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include basic math skills and ability to operate production equipment.
Experience with blow mold processes and related machinery is required.
Completion of Altium machine operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles and ensure quality.
Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Inspect bottles, conduct quality checks, and document line performance.
Maintain safe work practices and proper PPE; adhere to GMPs and plant policies.
Prepare daily production reports and support maintenance requests.
