Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Memphis, TN. You will operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce high-quality bottles, perform minor maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure GMPs are followed.

You will inspect bottles, document line performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has blow mold experience and basic math/computer skills, with completion of the required training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot process problems.
• Conduct bottle inspections and quality checks throughout production.
• Prepare daily production reports and document line efficiencies.
• Follow GMPs, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
