Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator based in Houston, TX to operate a number of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment. The role requires maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production and includes on-line adjustments and minor repairs.

This day-shift position runs 6:00 am to 6:30 pm on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. Benefits begin on day one, with paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and supervisors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure production is safe, efficient and high quality; perform adjustments.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and basic repairs on line.
• Assist in color changes, mold changes and line setup as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and complete documentation.
