Job summary

Altium Packaging in Hebron, KY is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines and related equipment. You will work under a safety-first regime, perform minor repairs, and maintain clean, organized work areas while following GMP practices.

Responsibilities include bottle inspections, packaging and labeling checks, and contributing to daily production reports. Overtime may be required to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and safety policies, wearing PPE as required.
• Inspect bottles, perform quality checks and labeling verification.
• Prepare production reports, track rejects and line efficiencies.
• Escalate defects and bottle abnormalities promptly to leadership.
