Job summary

Amcor in Orlando is seeking a Machine Operator for Amcor Rigid Packaging to run blow molding machines and vision systems following work instructions and SAP-like interfaces. You will monitor quality, perform mold changes, and support teammates to maximize uptime and product quality.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and product/process quality.
• Ability to manage time independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Experience with blow molding or injection molding preferred, or experience in manufacturing processes with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems according to instructions.
• Perform mold changes and machine set-ups, with minor maintenance tasks.
• Keep area clean and maintain good housekeeping; report problems promptly.
• Support Injection Machine Operators and team to ensure production goals.
• Monitor quality and document checks and downtime.
