Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a hands-on Blow Mold Operator for the 3rd shift at our Franklin, MA plant. You will operate blow-mold and PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles and follow established process procedures. Candidates should have basic math and computer skills, plus blow mold experience.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Training on Altium’s processes is provided within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Maintain adherence to quality control and process procedures.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Document daily production reports and line efficiencies.
