Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for our Franklin, MA facility. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, and conveyors, while troubleshooting issues and performing basic maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include following GMPs, preparing daily production reports, and ensuring product labeling and packaging meet customer specifications. Overtime may be required based on plant needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and plant policies to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including line efficiencies and rejects.
• Assist with routine maintenance requests and equipment repairs as needed.
