Job summary

Altium Packaging in Tracy, CA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, conduct quality checks, and perform routine maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include following GMPs, documenting production and maintenance activities, and assisting with process improvements while adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Experience with blow molding processes is preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks, including weight and drop tests.
• Prepare daily production reports, maintenance requests, and document repairs.
• Escalate any bottle abnormalities or quality issues immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
