Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Allentown, PA to operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment, along with grinders, trimmers, and conveyors. You will troubleshoot process problems, perform minor maintenance, and ensure adherence to GMPs.

Responsibilities include safety, quality checks, bottle inspections, and maintaining production reports. Basic math and computer skills are preferred; prior blow mold experience is a plus.

• Blow mold experience and process knowledge preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies at all times.
• Document daily production reports, rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper labeling of products.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues promptly.
• Adhere to plant quality control procedures and packaging requirements.
