Job summary

Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Blow Mold Operator for the 2nd shift. Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates. The role pays $20.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Responsibilities include operating blow molding machines, monitoring lines, troubleshooting equipment, and training others while ensuring safety, quality, and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow mold equipment.
• Train others on blow mold operations.
• Maintain open communication with other departments and management.
