Job summary

Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Blow Mold Master Operator Technician for the 3rd shift in Franklin, MA. The role offers competitive pay, a $1,500 external sign-on bonus, and steady growth opportunities.

The technician will operate and monitor blow molding equipment, complete quality checks, and follow GMP and safety requirements while maintaining accurate production records. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–4 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in dairy or consumer goods.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of line duties including highly skilled operator roles and break relief tasks; troubleshoot and repair minor issues.
• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment.
• Ensure correct materials are used for each product and complete quality checks.
• Review charts and specifications in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Sanitize and clean equipment; prepare for next run and perform equipment changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex operating issues and document results clearly.
• Communicate with other departments and supervisors about problems impacting production.
• Follow GMP and all safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
