Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Blow Mold Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) to ensure safe, efficient production of containers. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates, a starting rate of $20.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential, and opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, operating equipment, documenting data, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold equipment.
• Train others on blow mold operations.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance.
• Document information per SOPs.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Report food safety issues to management.
• Maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
