You’ll safely operate buses on designated routes, deliver excellent customer service, and complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Training is provided to obtain a CDL with passenger endorsement, and no prior bus driving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with passenger endorsement (paid training provided).
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening, BMV license check, and criminal background check.
• Fluency in English.
• No previous bus driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate transit buses along designated routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and answering questions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Work varying days and hours, including weekends, as required by the schedule.

Starting training wage: $20.59 per hour, with progressive increases up to $30.28 per hour.
