Job summary

Blood Assurance, Inc is looking for a dedicated Product Technician to join our Chattanooga lab team on the 2nd shift from 2:45PM to 11:15PM. This full-time role involves packing blood products, taking orders, and ensuring quality control according to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage lifting 50lbs routinely is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to take orders from area hospitals.
• Pack and distribute blood products according to procedures.
• Notify Courier when shipment is ready for pickup.
• Receive blood components from multiple locations.
• Manufacture blood and blood components per SOP.
