Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a full-time Product Technician to work in our downtown Chattanooga lab on the 3rd shift (11:00PM-7:00AM) Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends and occasional holidays. The role offers a $3/hr shift premium and requires 3rd shift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include taking hospital orders by phone, packing blood products, notifying couriers, and handling blood components according to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate in handling orders.
• Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written).
• Able to lift 50 lbs routinely.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone to take orders from area hospitals.
• Packing blood and blood products for distribution per SOPs.
• Notifying courier when shipment is ready for pickup.
• Receiving blood components from multiple locations.
• Manufacturing blood and blood components per SOPs.
