Global Roles is seeking a detail-oriented team member to handle blood product processing, packing, and shipping for hospital orders in a high-accuracy environment.

The role emphasizes inventory control, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and possible work in cold storage. Preference for 2 years of related experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in a regulatory, distribution or manufacturing environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and good decision-making skills.
• Requires standing, stretching, stooping and bending for extended time periods.
• Lift, pull, push and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• May work in walk-in refrigerator/freezers for periods of time.
• May be required to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.

Responsabilités

• Perform data entry for manufacturing, labeling, storage, ordering, and shipping; maintain accurate physical and electronic manufacturing records.
• Analyze information from other departments to meet time requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and quarantine products/samples that don’t meet quality requirements and perform disposition of unacceptable product.
• May make hospital deliveries as assigned.

Responsible for receiving, processing, packing and shipping blood products/samples for hospital orders, ensuring proper inventory management and product quality. Communicates with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors, maintaining product records to preserve traceability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products/samples are suitable for release for distribution, while meeting production goals.
• Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.
• Prioritize workload to meet production and customer requirements.
• Perform data entry associated with further manufacturing, labeling, storage, ordering, and shipping; maintain and review accurate physical and electronic manufacturing records.
• Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information provided from other departments to meet time requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and quarantine products/samples that don't meet quality requirements, and perform disposition of unacceptable product.
• May make hospital deliveries as assigned.
