Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; proficient computer skills.
• Experience: Prior customer service, laboratory, blood bank manufacturing or logistics preferred.
• Licenses: Current and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suitability and accurate labeling of products for release and distribution.
• Performs data entry associated with component production, labeling, storage and shipping ensuring accurate and complete manufacturing records.
• Manufactures, stores and distributes blood and blood products.
• Operates, maintains and performs quality control checks on equipment.
• Performs the quarantine and disposition of unacceptable products and/or samples and performs quality control on blood products.
• Ensures adequate inventory of required supplies.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers and vendors.
• May operate a OneBlood courier vehicle when applicable.
